By accessing or using Zyloq CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Account responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and one-time passcode access.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Company administrators and super admins are responsible for managing user access within their organization.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Zyloq CRM to:
- Upload, store, or process data you do not have the right to use or share.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass any individual.
- Attempt to access data or accounts belonging to other companies or users without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's operations.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Data ownership
You retain ownership of the customer, lead, and company data you enter or import into Zyloq CRM. We only use this data to provide, maintain, and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
Service limitations and disclaimers
- Zyloq CRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
- Integration availability with third parties such as Meta depends on those platforms and may change without notice.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current effective date is noted below.
